Late Night Learning-late to yoga class-learning lots! Day ONE completed!
Day One: I did it! I started down the path to becoming a Wealth Affiliate!! (I'm shouting it from the mountain top!!
I only slept five hours after deciding to go Premium with WA at 10pm last night. I was SO excited about getting started, listening to Kyle's content and quickly reading lessons 1-5 that I barely made it to my hot yoga class, just 5 minutes late.
(Quick story time: Everyone said, "Goodmorning, Nina" in unison as I walked in a bit sheepishly, but I was there today. I busted my butt and I showed up for 85 of the 90 minutes of hot, sweaty, kick-ass Bikram yoga class! In my tired, low blood sugar, dazed state, I, then, proceeded to walk into the men's dressing room instead of the women's dressing room, much to my chagrin & surprise.)
Moral of the story: sleep is important and keeping the main things, the main things in life are crucial. Where I am focused, there I will GO!!

Be more careful because a lot of things out there are deadly. Sleeping, eating, drinking enough fluids are extremely important to ones heath in life. Exercise is next and WA is after that. You can do a better job is the first prerequisites are meet. Keep it up.
Welcome to WA. Take the lessons and do the related practical work until you really get it. You will progress faster than you imaged. I don't think learning all of this and creating a website is as difficult as yoga. Oh yeah, don't hesitate to ask questions. There is always someone in the program that has an answer. All the best.

Sleep is ESSENTIAL!! When one does not acquire at least six hours, everything is affected!
