What do I do now?
I'm a newbie. I recently had a stroke and don't know if it's the result of the stroke or I'm just plain stupid. It's like everywhere I turn I'm running into a brick wall. Some things I can't figure out and others I get, but I don't know how and/or why? IE; copy and paste adsense code. I got it, but I had to use a plug-in to get it, it says that it's installed, but when I go to adsense they say it might take two days up to two weeks. On one of the previous lessons, I was asked to get an amazon affiliate, but I was denied do to lack of traffic. I did manage to get a link in there for another company, but when I try it out, it comes back 'site not found.? Now I'm supposed to start a lesson on Google analytics. I watched the beginners' module. It was all Greek to me. Instead of saving my money to take this course and build a website, maybe I should save to go back to school. Used to be when I walked into a room, I was one of the smartest people in the room. Now I feel like the only room I'm the smartest in is the bathroom.

I think you're going great... just to get to where you are since you joined up. I am at the position of going back over everything again as I try to get in the habit of writing, and probably at around the same place you're at.
Each time I go over the lessons, I realise something new.
With that plugin... did you remember to activate it? That is one mistake I have made in the past. Otherwise, I am not sure how to help you... but someone will know. As I go through everything I also realise there is often a number of ways to achieve the same outcome.
Sometimes I have to ask the same question in a different way as well, before I find the answer.
I recommend asking one question at a time, and there is so much help here at WA. I have also recently found that Site support were fantastic when I was stuck as well.
Each mistake teaches me something new.

Every body has a hard time starting out my freind I’ve been at this over a year and there’s still things i struggle with at times but your not stupid the fact that your giving this a try and trying to build your online buisness shows that your not stupid it’s hard for everyone at first so just know everyone has had this problem I’ll be happy to help you any way I know how anytime just ask me
What you have to realize is that you already this far... looks to me that you are pretty deep in this already. now Just don't give up, keep pushing forward as long as you always keep asking why or what the hell this is, you will continue learning... everything will eventually sink in... I'm in the same boat as you... and it's frustrating but keep moving on... good luck to you sir.
Come on, MStrubel. There's no need to feel like that. Many of us have experienced more than once what you are now experiencing. The good thing is we have never given up and in time we have overcome our obstacles. Besides, you just joined WA this month. It is normal you feel overwhelmed. The simple fact you feel like that with just a few days of membership, tells me that you are a very intelligent person. Let's keep on working, MStrudel. You have no idea how many times I have felt the way you're feeling, and I'm still standing, and standing strong.

We are all here for you buddy, my advice is take your time on the lessons and focus on writing content. The community is great as you have already seen so you will get your questions answered bit by bit. It can be confusing but your human so it comes with the package. Wishing you every success. Phil
