When you are looking at all of your posts, on the far right it says SEO Title and SEO Description. I'm assuming SEO Title is the Keywords used. What do we write for SEO Descr

You don't have to write/add anything to SEO Title or SEO Description, as your SEO Plugin will do this automatically for you.
The SEO Title will be "Page/Post Title | Site Title"
The SEO Description will be the first 160 Characters from your Excerpt field, if you have filled it in, otherwise, it will be the first 160 Characters from your Page/Post Content.
It means no "manual" value, if you visit one of your posts and right-click on it, then View Source, you will find that the values are populated correctly :-)
Even though I’m using all in one seo. My title fills in but when I look on a laptop after publishing. My values are blank. If I put it in manually and then look, they are there.
You don’t need to do it manually Lisa, not if you have All in One SEO set up as per the default settings, and as per Kyle’s training. The columns within WordPress will always say “No Value” if you have not entered them manually, because they will be applied automatically. If you want to write a post on tour website and not fill these values in, then let me know the link, I’ll show you how you can test/confirm this :-)

Though the plugin will auto-generate this, you CAN write a custom description if you want, so you can create a more concise, precise snippet for Google to use: SEO Knowledge: Meta Description

Hi - do be aware that it can take several months for your posts to reach their ranking position. The age of your site and the overall number of posts also plays a part in the ranking system.
Rather than keep looking at how your current posts are doing, concentrate on adding more content. That is the most important aspect at this stage.
You need to show Google that you are an authority on your subject before your posts rank highly, and that is achieved by adding lots of content, ideally 2 or 3 times per week. It can take between 40 and 50 posts before you really start seeing high ranking positions.
