Can't Find Niche site name for Residential Cleaning Service business

My business has been operating residential cleaning & maid services for over 2 years now. Our customer acquisition has been through service websites like thumbtack and homeadvisor or yelp, or angieslist, etc, etc. Over the period of 2 years, I have spent quit a good sum of money to these 3rd party providers who do not actually own a service company but collect information from prospects looking for service and reselling to providers with hefty sum.

Why can't I do the same or better collect prospect directly rather than going through 3rd party.

One reason I joined WA was to be able to develop our niche site so I do not have to pay these folks. be able to capture potential customers directly instead of going through 3rd party sites.

I think I am in a brain freeze right now. I do not seems to be able to get a nice niche site name that is most captivating and memorable to start promoting.

We have so far developed some unique cleaning programs that will benefit home owners. We are purely regional and do not plan to be national in the mean time. So I think the site name will have to capture that sentiment about our region of operation.

I need suggestions on what kinds of names that this community believe will work for this type of services niche - related to home cleaning services, janitorial services and maid services.

Your input is most appreciated. And if you have a specific information that you rather share privately please you are welcome to send private message as well

It depends on how big your vision it .. for me I always have a BIG vision. So I would look for something that is brandable,, memorable and simple. There is a well know cleaning service in the city that I used to live in, the operators name was Ken, he eventually gad a number of franchises. He called his business KenKlean .. with the internet I would probably go for KenClean. Just some thoughts for you :) Cheers, William.

Thanks @WilliamBH for the input. I agree. What I am trying to figure out is some catch phrase that could be the name of the site where traffic could be driven to main business site. I do actually have a brand sounding name.. but I need some sort of catch phrase that will be serve as a marketing site.

For me I would not go for a second site .. you could use blogs on your first site. Cheers, William.

If you went by a certain business name and you change it, wherever you advertise, including your own site, newspapers, banners and/or posters in windows, be sure to post the following or something similar when referring to your business -
Formally known as . . . . . (Of course, that's only if your business had a good reputation.) After 6 months or so, you could probablystop using that reference if business is good

For your inspiration:

effective;
crystalline;
tidy-up;
the-mirror;
another mirror;
crowning glory;
clean BIZ ™;

Thanks

I had a company called the Greener Cleaner it worked well and was memorable. Also, people liked that we had an environmental focus too. Good luck finding a name!

Had? Not operating that anymore? Please share your experience with that. You may send pm.
