Coffe with Linda: Small Sips, Big Changes
Small Sips, Big Changes
New year goals can feel overwhelming. That shiny vision of transformation? It often crashes against the reality of our daily routines. We set ambitious targets, then watch them crumble by February.
Here's what actually works: tiny habit changes.
I'm starting simple. My morning coffee ritual now comes with a side of wisdom. While the caffeine kicks in, I'm reading just one page from a book or listening to a short podcast. Coffee time = wisdom time.
No pressure. No guilt. Just pairing something I already love with something I want more of.
Here's the beautiful truth: adding wisdom to our work brings success. When we consistently expose ourselves to new ideas, insights, and perspectives, we make better decisions. We solve problems more creatively. We connect dots others miss. That daily dose of learning compounds over time, transforming not just our knowledge but our results.
Small changes, stacked onto existing habits, create lasting transformation without the burnout. Start tiny. Stay consistent. Watch what happens.

Love this. Proof that big change doesn’t need a 5am alarm or a personality transplant
Small sips, smart moves!
This is so true.
New year goals feel great until life happens. Tiny habit changes are the real game-changer. Love the coffee + wisdom idea!
Yes, you are absolutely right. A few minutes of a 'good' - motivational, inspirational - book can really set you up for a great, productive, enjoyable day.

Hi Linda
I agree with staying consistent.
To my mind the journey to achieving your goals is like driving a car on the highway. You are constantly making small course corrections as you are driving to be able to reach your expected (for some - anticipated) destination.
If you don't course correct during the journey, you'll never get there.
Just saying ^_^ Cheers
Great perspective 👍
Thanks ^_^
You’re welcome
