How to get help in WA and beyond?
This message is for the new people who joined WA recently. When you are stuck there are few ways to get help.
1. Type the keyword of your problem in the "Need Help" input bar. It is at the top of your screen. For example, if you want to find Google Webmaster Tools lessons, just type "Google". Some items will come up, you just choose what is related to your question.
2. If you want to discuss something about choosing a niche. The best thing is to create a new blog. If you just type in under the lessons, I found that usually you will get at the most like 3 to 4 responses, sometimes none. But if you create a new blog, you will get more responses. To create a new blog, click on your own photo (or avatar), then click my blog up top, and click "Create a new blog" under your photo. Note: if you are not premium, you might not be able to do this. So it pays to be premium.
Give you an insider tip, when you post a blog it will increase your WA ranking.
3. When you are asking question, be specific. Don't just say "it doesn't work". No one will be able to help you because we don't know what doesn't work. We are not mind readers.
4. If you want feedback to your post, be specific. Want kind of comment you want us to give you. Please give us the url of your website. Example http://www.WebsiteName.com and if you are not premium members, you can type w w w. websitename dot siterubix dot com. Then we can visit your site and leave you the comment you wanted.
5. If your problem related to server, site issue or Jaaxy issue. You can submit a support ticket to Kyle and Carson. Click on "Build My Website", then support ticket will be on the top right hand corner. For these kind of issues, members cannot help you, only network support can.
6. For something you don't know how to do on Wordpress, you can post your questions here. Or use Google search, there are lots of information on the internet about "Wordpress" problem. Especially when there is a problem with some specific themes.
