I am getting atmail dellivery failures when I send emails to some sites. Not all, only some. I know that msn emails are blocked but I'm also getting failures on other emails.<

I am getting atmail dellivery failures when I send emails to some sites. Not all, only some. I know that msn emails are blocked but I'm also getting failures on other emails.<
When I do a google search for my site with the whole website address, www.howtofish.com.au I get this message

It sounds like you've ticked the box to discourage search engines from indexing the site. WordPress Settings

I watched your video, it was great.
I couldn't find the specific box that discourages search engines from indexing. Can you tell me which one it is.
Go to Settings > Reading and you'll see it near the bottom of the page. (If that's what the problem is.)
