"LOOK WITHIN, TO SEE WITHOUT"

My particular interest is the efficient use of resources we already have to achieve what we want. These inner resources are;

MIND --- refers to our thoughts

HEART --- refers to our feelings and emotions

BREATH --- refers to our fixed beliefs

ENERGY --- refers to our actions

However before we can use these inner resources or strengths we need to know what exactly we want to achieve globally (called an integral state), and temporally or those things that will help achieve that.

Globally, all our seeking and efforts usually boil down to 3 INTEGRAL STATES;

FREEDOM

PEACE of MIND

CERTAINTY

you may have your own, but I suggest in the end it will be one of these 3.

The driver of these efforts is DESIRE.

The FEEDBACK is EXPERIENCE.

Now this may seem a little out there, but it must be understood. Don't underestimate your desire --- use it. Don't neglect your feedback --- experience.

Remember the ULTIMATE GOAL --- the INTEGRAL STATE.

THE INTEGRAL STATE IS THE ONLY THING THAT WILL BRING LASTING SATISFACTION and FULFILLMENT! Working towards this state actually undoes the PAST and releases the FUTURE.

Now, we can build our house.

1. What do I want, need to achieve my goal, my integral state. In other words the things in time I need to do.

2. Why will I do this.

3. When will I start, and what will be the steps.

4. How will I do this, and what resources do I need. One very good resource for the common temporal goal here is obviously WEALTHY AFFILIATE.

In diagram form;

The heart is the soul if you like of our efforts --- The INTEGRAL STATE we DESIRE

The resources we have is MIND, HEART, BREATH, and ENERGY, with experience as feedback.

I hope this makes sense.

A new approach is needed to make this a more caring connected world. An integral approach where we value sharing, over individualism, and caring over conflict.
