Have a look at this resource by Bob: Easily Backup and Move Your Site Hope it does the trick for you. I am assuming that your website is below the limit to use the free version of that tool (less than 512MB).

Yes.... you can do basics there, but the premium services do cost.
Another good one is https://www.seoptimer.com/. That is mostly free.
