Pinterest - It works
Hi Everyone,
As part of the WA training we are told to get into social media. I use Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest.
My main income is from selling items on EBay which is fine but the aim of my training here at WA is to expand and diversify.
So - I started the social media training here at WA and have my accounts on the various platforms, my two favourites are twitter and Pinterest.
When I list an "interesting" item on eBay I pinterest it and put a link to the eBay page where the item is for sale.
Last week another Pinterest user took one of my pins and pinned it to their own page which was a page dedicated to reconditioned industrial lighting, this Pinterest user is based in Spain and has quite a few followers.
A couple of days ago the lamp in question sold to a person in Spain.
It appears that the use of Pinterest helped with the sale of this lamp.
Pinterest is free and can spread your name and ideas.
Onward and upwards.

I have never used Pinterest or Twitter, Just used Facebook socially. Have not got to that part of my training yet.
