Great question Mike - From my experience, there is a solution to be found for problems, in finding it, we learn and we grow - Personally, I try oi use the six sigma approach or parts of it, depending on the problem. The first step is to clearly define the problem. I likely use the 5 why's and cause and effect method most.
Lots of info on this approach available - you can read a bit more here:

Problems are the best blessing that we can receive in business, it keeps us alive and keeps that creative stream flowing. in doing so we are in that place where the magic happens,
I believe problems aren't all bad. I get a sense of accomplishment whenI find the solutions I need to the latest problem of the day> Then if the problem returns, I know what to do!
ThanksMke!
Mike - Yes if they are solvable.
Astro-physicists don't understand dark matter. Solvable, yes but the answer may be infinite.
Thankfully my website problems are are much more manageable.
Thanks for sharing.
Yes problems are good for us. Encountering a problem is the best way to learn a solution for it - in real time under pressure. We learn the best way.
