Getting comfortable with discomfort is crucial to your success.

In this increasingly competitive and fast-paced world, you have to be willing to step out of your comfort zone, and experience the discomfort of uncertainty.

This is the only way to achieve the success you want.

You must constantly evaluate whether you are letting your fear of failure or of being embarrassed keep you from taking the actions that will move you forward and achieve the results you want.

There is very little security in playing it safe. You must be willing to give up the familiar and grasp the discomfort that comes from being outside your comfort zone. This becomes more crucial every day to your success in both work and life.
