Thank You WA Support Team!
I just want to give a shout out to the WA support team. Last night late I was trying to go into my site to do some work and was not able to login through Site Manager.
I posted a question, and to true community fashion I started receiving replies. Thank you all for your support and kindness.
So, I submitted a ticket to support, they responded by asking me to wait and try later. So, I did, I tried this AM to login and still couldn't. I re-submitted a ticket and with in minutes I had received an answer. they said "We have reset the "Ownership" of the site and you should now be able to login.
Bing- bada- boom! I was in. Thank goodness. So once I found out what happened and how I might stop this from happening again I will let you all know.

My referral cannot obtain access either! How do you submit a ticket if you cannot get in, lol?
If someone cannot gain access to WA, they will need to reset their password within the login screen or request their password.
They likely had a typo in their email when they registered, which was causing the issue.
