Walking For Exercise Is Not Enough - Thanks Les & Arnold
Hi everyone,
I always try to walk every day especially in the Sunshine. Its great exercise that works all of our muscles.
It's relaxing and I am able to think about things much clearer.
I enjoy watching my brother and fellow Wealthy Affiliate member on his various channels.
Today, I not only watched, but I decided to follow along with his exercise workout on Workout With Grandpa where he follows Arnold Swarzenegger's Workout App.
Oh my!
As easy as the workouts were, my body let me know just how out of shape I am in despite all the walking.
If we want to be more productive, have more energy then we need to be in great physical condition.
As we age, I'm 68, we need to do more and be even more consistent along with healthy eating and living.
I want to get the most out of my life from everything I do.
So Thanks Arnold & Les for providing this added direction to improving my health.
I hope you all are doing well.
Those little things we can do each day can make all the difference in our lives.

Thanks for the shoutout, Mel! I really appreciate your coming into my live streams in exercise and gaming. After my initial workout on 1 December it took a week to workout the stiffness and soreness. Now at week 4 there is very little stiffness after I exercise and a little soreness but that's because the program continues to increase reps and/or the difficulty of the exercise.
Without good health our quality of life as we age is impaired. Its a great way to start the day.

As you get older it's easier to put weight on than to lose it.
Exercising on I regular basis is really important.

Thanks for the reminder, Mel. I really need to find something that I can follow along at least vaguely. I only watched one bit of one of Les's videos once - which started with star jumps, which I used to love when I was young, but which are now far beyond my ability. All I can say is - if you are still able to follow along, do it now while you still can.
