Stop And Smell the Roses Every Day

Hi everyone,
Stop and Smell the Roses really summarizes my daily activity now.
For me, time is too precious to waste.
It might seem like wasting time to pause and reflect on my life and events around me, but its not.
How else can I gain clarity and insure that what I am doing will provide the maximum benefits to me, my family, friends and my life?
I probably should have done this a long time ago, but the past is past.
I was always super focused on my work.
Now Melissa Jeane gets a lot more of my time.
I re-evaluate my businesses and what I am doing every day.
I have a vision of where I would like them to go, but no hard goals, because life comes first.
I might catch the sun shining so it will be time to walk and soak in the sun. Natural Vit D is the best. :-)
Melissa Jeane might want to do some more Roblox and on and on it goes.
I don't think I can do too much self reflection.
The world is changing fast. I hope it will do so for the best. Time will tell.

You are so right, Mel. And here in the UK, where sunshine is precious I do try to make the most of it when we have it - especially since watching the health Vitamin D podcast you recommended a while back.
I like your quote - '...because life comes first.' I have made it a rule for myself - right from when I started back at Wealthy Affiliate last December - that family will always come first. So - in spite of having goals, working on them gets slotted in when there is spare time.

My granddaughter has spent most of the past academic year in the South of France as part of her French degree - full of Instagram posts of sunshine, blue skies, lovely sea and beaches. And sitting there in sleeveless tops - and we were freezing in England... So we do appreciate the sun and blue sky when we get them.
