Publishing books/ebooks Facing Challenges and Everything Else That Comes Along
Hi everyone,
It was great to hear that MAC got his Amazon account reinstated today.
After publishing 1650+ titles, here is what I can offer when you run into trouble.
You need to be persistent if you have done nothing wrong. Amzn support is not the best. If they tell you no, then reply again because you are likely to get a different support person who may solve your problem.
Wen currently has her acct suspended and it 2 weeks going so far to try to get it reinstated. We will not give up on this.
So try to be patient and continue to respond to them again and again if need be.
You are in business and its sometimes the price of being in business to deal with these challenges.

I am in the same situation as Gail. Do they ever give a reason? Does Wen know the reason?

In Wen's case they are disputing a title she listed, but they did not ask for any info. They just made a unilateral decision. She replied along with a letter from me and they never responded to that. So she replied again and then they said it could take 5 days to decide. Maybe this next week we "might" here something.
When I publish public domain content, they really lack info and don't know what they are talking about. Its been frustrating so lots of back and forth until I get it resolved.
