Business Success Comes At Harvest Time Not When We Are Planting
(Cover Photo: Farmer planting his next crop. Image by ChatGPT)
Hi everyone,
My brain actually drew a blank today so I took that as a sign to relax a bit.
I believe Farming is a good analogy to what we are trying to do as we build our businesses.
So many expect to make money almost instantly.
Well a farmer doesn't plant his crops and then expect to harvest them the next day.
It takes time and patience and hopefully there will be an abundant harvest.
It takes time to build and nurture your website as well.
It takes time for me to build my publishing business. Nothing happens overnight.
So build the foundation, consistently take action, and never give up.
Harvest season will eventually arrive if you are faithful to what you must do.
To Our Success!

Good morning Mel,
That looks like a very young AI farmer planting his crop!
Seedtime and harvest are very much biblical phrases!
However, it also shows us, as you rightly mention, Mel, that we have to plant that seed and help along the way, before we see any results. Sometimes, the waiting game can be hard, but we have to be like the farmer and wait for that seed to mature.
Have a fantastic day, Mel.

A great message Meloi, especially for the newer "players".
So many want an instantaneous result, and I put the blame on those "other" affiliate marketers who say they can get results in (in one case) 24 hours. "Hogwash".
And another thing that gets my goat (I'm into farming analogies today..lol) are people who sign up and procrastinate for bloody months on end. Yeh, have a look around but you do not need 2 months or more.
Once they actually start they will be as happy as a 'pig in shite" Lol.
Farmer Zoopie signing off.
