Do You Forget What Is More Important?!

The problem of being so busy is sometimes we forget things which are critical and important to the road of success and on our endeavors to achieve goals. Being a little forgetful I need to
understand and learn how to ensure being mindful of everything I do. At any case, all of us would have some lapses which are alright. But then again it could be detrimental for our future success. We, therefore need a system or a tool if you like, where we can improve our mindfulness in order not to forget something of importance.

Indeed, we should not overlook or forget everything about our business, I would say, including our wedding anniversary, birthdays and some other celebrations. Because you know what, for our spouse and loved ones they are big deals. A bunch of flowers, a simple gift and a dinner may change their mood and mindset altogether into a more possible and vibrant one. Such is the result if we are mindful. Those little things and little presents and little time we give aren’t little at all they a re huge step for a better and happier relationship!

So the best way to nurture moments is to be attentive. I believe this is a very important factor to capture being mindful! It is moment by moment attention to details. Focus is an easy word to say. Being mindful means you are not still sleeping. You know, awake but the brain is "dead"! Still, the brain is on a sleeping mode. So that, when some is speaking with you, you would say. “Pardon me, say it again!”

You should be awake

when you are awake and you should practice to really know what you are doing!. A lot of the times we may be wasting our time to such work or endeavors we have been doing for nothing. Just because we are not mindful of a lot of things.

Mindfulness is not about good or evil but it is looking face to face with the realities of life. The only thing we have complete control is the NOW.

Nothing else, the future has no certainty, the past will never come back again. Only the seconds of the now that keeps passing thru so very fast is the only thing we may have full control.

Being mindful of this truth will help us to do whatever we can to save the day and reach the goals we are really passionate of achieving!

Anything we feel as a "kill joy", an n inconvenience even a nuisance would cease to exist if we face all the tasks with mindfulness.

Mindfulness is a little different from focus. Focus is like a narrow vision which make you see only that road to take. Just like horses where they have covers on the side of their eyes so that their attention is in in front only. While mindfulness is being aware of everything and know what is and what is not to give attention to for each moment passing by!

Prayers and meditation is very important to nurture mindfulness, They are not a waste of time but rather they help us peacefully see reality as it is with calm confidence.

Th problem why we have poor mindfulness is because we are so much entangled up into the busyness of the world around us, a lot of us got caught into rat race, We neglected part of our life which are equally important that is our family. Sometimes, we even forget our

own well-being. Only because of the rat race. It would never give us any satisfaction but rather more frustrations!

We have to see the bottom line all of us were born and all of us we will leave the world nothing added but our outgrown body. So have peace and accept everything will be fine and our mindfulness will thrive.

After all we have to quit the rat race, for the most important things in our lives are not lots of money or grandiose houses, expensive cars but those moments when we see sweet smiles from our children, touch of love from your spouse and the laughter we shared with them while eating our favorite dinner. Those are more important things. We need to be mindful of all these so that we may not deviate from true and genuine happiness we all are pursuing either unknowingly or knowingly.

Much of our joy and happiness is in the whole acceptance of who we are, what we have and the limits of our capabilities, accepting our selves fully including those who care for us.

Success therefore does not come from what we touch but from what we feel. Being mindful will prevent us from wasting particular opportunities which will enhance our quality of living not of existence.

Just be happy. It is a choice. It comes in, by being mindful my friend.

Have a great week ahead, Heath. And a wonderful morning!

There is no finer things in life than our dearest family. It is the main unit of society that makes a community or a nation strong! There is no better than the love of our family. Make it strong by the presence of our love and devotion.

True words spoken by a true gentleman, thanks Florentino and have a great week also

Hi Heath, thank you for your good words. Indeed I am humbled by your compliment! You are one of those guys that we need in this so-called modern age . Giving priority to the family is the best thing we can do!

OHANA-means family, Family means nobody gets left behind or fogotten. A quote that's on one of my walls at home, I love it. It's a lot easier to be kind, we do need more of it in this modern world.

Thank you for the info. I think it is amazing! OHANA! What Language do you think it is?

It's a Hawaiian term :)

I thought so! Great. OK! Let's keep our OHANA happy and loved!
Thanks, Heath.
