Hello, one of my referrals is not able to access her account. Her name Ayana Eady user name is adeady40. Because she has been able to automatically access her account, she
tell them to go through the contact page at
wealthyaffiliate.com/contact
and tel lthem the problem - they should be able ot get them back in
good luck

this page is outside of the membership and is the contact page for billing and other problems related to wa.
Pat, best way is for you to send Kyle or Carson a message explaining the issue that one of your referrals has.
Go to Kyles profile: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/kyle
and send a message from there.
It may take 24 hrs or so but you will get a reply and hopefully sort it for your referral.

I would raise a Site Support Ticket on her behalf maybe. They can then email her and tell her what she needs to do.
