Every time I log into one of my emails it says not secure in the url bar why is that?
Because the mail server has a certificate for itself not for your domain so the certificate doesn’t match the URL.

I never did a w4 or anything for that matter where could I set up my company name? I dont want to be paid through my personal name

In your profile, you mention a LLC, so I will guess that you are an American. You need to find out where (and how) to register a new business in the United States.
You could Google search "registering a business in the united states" (without the quotation marks, of course)... even adding the state you live it, to find out how and where to do so.
Every country has their own rules, so if I guessed wrong as to your location, simply Google search the country in which you reside in.

i never mention LLC but did say i have a corporation i dont need info on that i need to know where to go in wealthy affiliate to fill out w-9 but i think WA send pay to paypal
Correct, WA sends our payments to PayPal.
Them mention of an LLC was in your WA bio that I was referring to. Sorry for not stating that.
