What comes to mind when you think of the word “Fear”?
Wikipedia
Fear “is a feeling induced by perceived danger or threat that occurs in certain types of organisms, which causes a change in metabolic and organ functions and ultimately a change in behavior, such as fleeing, hiding, or freezing from perceived traumatic events.”
Reading the Wikipedia definition you will notice the danger does not have to be physical it can be perceived.
Perceived fear is the strongest fear known to man. It is as they say all in your head. This is a physiological emotion which can and will paralyze individuals for no apparent reason.
The number one fear in the world is the fear of Public Speaking. The fear of Dying ranks in at number five and Loneliness occupies the seventh spot. I was somewhat surprised at these positions when doing research. It seems we would rather die alone then speak in public.
Success And Money
The fear I want to make you aware of is the fear of success. In other words the fear of money. Since money is often associated with success. This fear residing in the subconscious, meaning most people are not even aware of this fear. If you have been struggling for some time to make money online and have not had success, or you have some success only to find it doesn’t last. It could very well be a hidden belief and you are not alone, millions of people suffer with this fear and don’t know it. This fear could be the underlying cause of your lack of success. This subconscious fear can be the cause of unwelcome things like procrastination, bad money management, poor spending habits, failure to plan ahead and more.

Most experts lay blame to our childhood experiences that were lodged in our minds from the people we loved the most, our parents, other children and the environment we were reared in. Now understand, this was not intentional. What parent would knowingly plant negative money beliefs issues in their child? Parents simply were not aware of the danger they were doing to the mind of a child.
Have you ever heard these comments when growing up? “money doesn’t grow on trees,” “do you think I am made of money?” “Money is the root of all evil” “we can’t afford that” “he/she is Filthy rich” these are some of the negative money issues planted at an early age of learning, the first seven years of our lives are our brains most fragile and critical time to absorb the family and society narrative. Since it is a parent the brain will and does trust the source without question.
Meditation
What has been planted into our minds in the early years is hidden deep in the subconscious and can be very difficult to understand and diagnose. But there is hope, there is a way to eradicate these negative beliefs, using meditation. Even if you are one of the fortunate people to not have hidden beliefs meditation can add another level of health to our bodies.
Meditation is the process of slowing down the brain functions, resting the noise inside. Have you ever had trouble sleeping because you could not turn off the chatter in your head? This happens to most people when they get excited about a new opportunity, or a conversation with someone that has really excited the Gamma wave, the heightened alert brain wave state.
Being worried or anxious about an event or situation you have no control over. Example, a friend or relative who has been diagnosed with a terrible disease or fate. Maybe the loss of a close friend or relative. These scenarios play over and over in our minds and tend to become repetitive chatter.

Then there is the Alpha wave, the waking state of consciousness, this is your normal state that gets you through the day. You can be in Alpha wave state in light relaxation as well, like when listening to music or relaxing in front of the tv.
Music helps to relax and achieve Theta wave. This state of relaxation can bring on light meditation (the first stage) and sleeping for some. It takes practise to self relax into the Theta wave state while staying conscious in the process, but it can be attained. Theta is where we can actually “reprogram” our own subconscious mind using short loving positive affirmations.
When meditating, it is helpful to prepare yourself to be in a quiet and dimly lighted room free from distractions. Using a headset is also very helpful to drown away outside distractions and makes it easier to concentrate on your breathing. Deep breathing is the focal point of attaining a deep state of self hypnosis.
There is no need to fear meditation, and yes anyone can do it. If something goes ascue the side effect is you will fall asleep and wake when you are rested. Using self hypnosis is pleasant and a proven way to eliminate destructive thoughts and increase your positive productive abilities.
There is one more brain wave state, Delta. The state of deep sleep. If you can self direct in Delta you have reached the deepest state of relaxation and anything may be possible in programming. This is very seldom attained by anyone other then the most practised and dedicated swamies. It is said this is the state where enlightenment is achieved and can take thirty or fourty years of deep meditation. Fortunately we do not need to practise this state, besides most of us would just fall asleep at this stage.
Although Meditation is beneficial any time of day, in the morning right after waking, is considered the best time to achieve Theta. Meditating for fifteen minutes in Theta using self directed positive affirmations has been used to increase awareness, replace destructive beliefs in the memory and positively change in one's negative attitude to that of gratitude each and every day.
When I meditate it is to express my gratitude for everything that I am grateful for every day. I once lost my car keys for more than a day, decided I would try meditation to find them. It took less than twenty minutes of meditation and I knew exactly where I had dropped my keys and then recovered them right away.
If you have never tried meditation you are missing out on a wonderful tool for success. There are dozens of Youtube soundtracks to help you achieve your goals. If you were on the “Keyword Comprehension” training with Jay you could have heard Jay using Brain.fm while he worked on his “Color Blind Glasses” website. In Brain.fm there is a sound track specifically for meditation. You can find Brain.Fm with a google search.
The first five sessions are free and is a great place to start. I joined Brain.Fm and find they have amazing tones. I especially like the focus section when writing and now I use the meditation section when I want to meditate. As far as I know this is not an affiliate program. You get five free sessions that will give you the necessary time to evaluate if this is for you before joining. This is an excent place to start your meditation as there is a guided meditation link and after using it I can tell you it is very good.

I use the focus session that last two hours and can write a blog post before it finishes, even if I had no idea what to write about before I put the headset on. I liked it so much I decided it would be an excellent business tool. Brain.Fm has a very reasonably priced membership.
