Hi, if you were on an old plan you may remain so until you cancel. However once you cancel you are back to the usual price of $49.
Now if you have not cancelled your plan, you may forward Kyle a PM or comment on their profile space for a faster resolution

The only way that I'm aware of how you can have your subscription price change to the new pricing is if you canceled your subscription and then resubcribed.
So if you didn't cancel your subscription you should still be grandfathered at the original $19 per month subscription.
When they changed the pricing my subscription stayed at the $19 subscription price.
This is something you should contact Kyle about.

These were change a very long time ago, our Jaaxy Enterprise (normal price for Enterprise is $99 per month) is now wrapped into the Premium Plus+ bundle , and you are getting a steep discount on the service is if you do get Premium Plus+ (which also includes our highest level of hosting, and 200+ additional expert classes per year).
And within your Premium membership, you get Jaaxy Lite. So my suggestion to you is if you want the highest level of Jaaxy, that you consider the P+ bundle as it includes all of goodies.
