I've got my FOCUS BACK thank goodness!

The past week until today was a strange week mentally for me.
I was a mess mentally trying to think about too many things to do and achieve.

My mind went into information overload again!

I had to take a break from writing, reading, researching and all internet related stuff (just about).

I turned my phone off at night and slept well. I dont why I leave it on in first place, its like in the back of the mind you think someone might need to call you in the early hours of the morning and break your sleep. lol.

Anyway I re-thought things over, I gave my mind time on its own, I went deep into my mind.
I knew I needed to hear something, but what?

Not my own consiousness because it was in a mess, then I asked myself what was I doing before, that had an affect on my mind, ah yes the anawer!

I spent about 3 hours downloading motivational speeches into my mind until - POW!

I got my focus back!

I sat at my laptop and didnt move, soaking in the motivation I was getting, some of them bringing me to tears.

I needed to hear these motivational Youtube videos they have a great effect on the mind, that's why there's so many of them on Youtube. (very beneficial)

I'll continue to refocus my ideas and where I'm heading online.
I will listen to motivational videos everyday now.
Downloading their words into my subconiousness and adopt them to be mine.

If you ever get feeling like I was, I'd suggest listening to the motivation videos on Youtube.

Some of them use hard language so if you're easily offended just realize, thats how they speak and that's who there are and there's plenty out there that don't curse in their videos.

Some knuckle heads like me, need a hard talking to sometimes, just to get back on track.

I'm sharing this so you and the internet can know how to combat those devastating thoughts that sometimes run through our minds, to quit or just... drift in the wind.

Yup, sometimes we need to kick that negativity to the curb side.
I am also a firm believer in turning off the phone at night. Or at least leaving it in another room. Time for the brain to recharge.
