Hi guys!
Just a little post to share my progress.

I'm so psyched because I have a few pages on my website, some comments, and at least 5 visitors per day. So I know it's not a lot but for now it's a huge progress for me.

Plus, it's really a personal website, where I share all my progress, some tips, and recipes on how to lose weight so it's really cool to see people interested and helped with what I read.

Now I'm gonna work on increasing my number of visitors, creating some ways to make money with my content, and keep working hard on this project :)

H Matt your idea is good but your recipes will not help to lose weight
And on some people could do the opposite also the cholesterol in egg yokes is a no no
Where is the real stuff the fibef and cereals where is the natural water
Natural juices etc please be cafe ful what you are writing best regards

I personally use everyday the recipes I put in my blog so I tried them before posting. These recipes really helped me get leaner and I got rid of a good part of my belly fat in only 3 weeks.
People also have to stop with eggs and cholesterol. I have been eating eggs every morning for the past year and my cholesterol is even lower than average. Of course if you eat 8 eggs in a morning, then cheese for lunch and a burger for dinner you will probably get in some troubles.
About fiber and cereals, I put in almost all my recipes than you can eat a slice of whole wheat bread with you. If you buy the right one, just one or two slices of it will give you all the fiber and cereals you need for an entire day.
I definitely intend to create an article about water (I created the blog 4 days ago so I did not have that much time to cover every topic in the world).
Don't worry, I'm very careful with what I read because I personally tested everything written on this blog.

Hi Matt thanks for the response and I am now 66 so have a few more years experience than you mate and I was going to start with WA and do exactly what you are doing as I have had so much experience with
This but decided against it and went in another direction
So let me share this with you Ok
The best thing that anyone can do it use fruit and green leaf shakes -
Example water, spinach, parsley, banana, Apple, berries and add some chia, wheatgrass, bee pollen that is just one shake and I have many more this gives the bony really what it needs - try it mate
Oh yes you need a good blender like froothie or blendec
