The Snowball effect.The Snowball effect.People always go on about the snowball effect but no one ever goes on about it in reverse and how to resolve the issue.That moment you have had full throttle for months then boom you apply the break it comes down even quicker than you build up so what you need to do is never take your foot off the gas.I've taken it off and I've comes to a hard stop and its not good the positivity has gone and the momentum has gone into reverse gear.so to all the guys out there what is it that gets you started again ? the goals? the path to success what as im looking back to where I started and the momentum I want it back what do I need to do to kick my own ass lol Matt
