this is what I've been missing lately and surrendered to the negativity don't know if it was down to being ill with a chest infection but damn im feeling strong never forget the hard moments in life you have passed through you know you can do it.
life isn't easy and I lose motivation and it took a few days to a week to get it back so the fight goes on.
