I feel you Mary; keep steady!!!

Ah overwhelmed on a near a daily basis, so if you feel like that then welcome to the club Mary, in having said that, part of the attraction is the challenge, never a dull moment.
when we first join WA there is an overwhelm Phase I think from observation it lasts about a month or so. Things settle down when you start taking some action and then before you know it someone asks a question and you think to yourself I know that one so it goes you are on your way. one of the keys to this industry is working out your natural rhythm and creating that work life balance looks like you have that one sorted already.

Try not to stress or feel overwhelmed! Pace yourself and see what happens!

Hi Mary I think we all feel a little overwhelmed from time to time. There is so much to learn. It's exciting and scary at the same time. You did the right thing. Take time to regroup yourself and get your focus back. All the best and have a beautiful day.

Definitely! Being overwhelmed is part of this crazy process! Sounds like you did the right thing though, it's good to take breathers and reconnect with yourself, in fact I write about the importance of that kind of stuff on my site!

I find that I always come back to what I was doing with a fresh perspective afterwards :) Good for you for allowing yourself that time! Now it's back to work with more gusto LOL :)))))

Everyone needs a break every once in a while.

I definitely have had my bouts of being overwhelmed too...

But the right mindset makes all the difference.
