My family of 4 (including 2 boys age 13) has decided to sell everything, buy a boat and travel the world. Obviously this is our passion! I want to develop something that jive

How exciting! I've always dreamed of sailing off into the sunset.

If it was me, I would do a combination of 'lifestyle' narrative (stories from your travels), and how-to and review posts. I think it would work well with this topic.

A family traveling the world by sailboat might be a fairly narrow niche - but it actually has a LOT of possibilities:

• Reviews and affiliate for sailboat tools, accessories, and equipment

• Reviews and affiliate for travel-related things

• How-to articles for any number of things you encounter on your travels

Very cool niche topic, and a very exciting adventure!

Best of luck!
Tracy

You can go multiple ways with this...

One would be to document your adventure and provide guides and helpful tips to the locations you visit. Another would be to offer lists and advice to others looking to do the same as you have. You could even go as far as to talk about the dynamics of living in close quarters, etc.

Just out of curiosity, are you talking powered craft or sail?

We are traditionally power, but are considering both power and sail.

I was just wondering. One of my pastimes is sailing.
