I published my website before its done and I don't like the way it looks can I unpublish it or should I just leave it,
You can change the theme, framework, etc of your Website at anytime even though its has been published.

I published my website before its done and I don't like the way it looks can I unpublish it or should I just leave it,
If there are many thing you need to revise, just put it "under construction" mode. There are plugins which can help you with that. Once the site launched again, you may delete the plugin.
If it is only minor change, I second ShuiHyen's suggestion.
