You Can't Do It All!
Face it everybody, you cant do everything, So why are some people so hell bent in disrupting their work life blance, continually bititing off more tht they can chew.
What are people thinking about? I heard this stated, "People think that they are thinking, but they are not thinking. And if overworking is stressing you out, causing your relationshis to suffer and worse you health to taks a hit, I'd say, there is no thinking going on!
Yes! I know people want to shine and feel important; and I know you are more than capable of doing a good job, but what about your co-workers? Teamwork!!!
There are other people who want to shine as well. They want to show what they got. So lighten up reduce your stress and embrace teamwork. Just a thoufght for Wednesday evening. Good noght.

We certainly are not capable of doing everything. So in principle yes get help. However I can understand how it is difficult to share workload. Sometimes the work requires skill, your skill, built up over time. Not easily learned. Sometimes you have to pay for help and you may not have the money to do so. So the help required might be in non work areas. Like getting someone to help with cleaning or cooking or delivering or attending to kids.
