The Power of Absolute Relaxation
I just got back after almost 3 weeks of being away from society. And routine. But mostly from the Internet.
Me and family booked a mountain retreat where the only connection one could have was with the local market sellers or the two waitresses working at the only cafe in town. There were many walks in the forest, many sunsets enjoyed, many forest fruits picked up.
It was A.m.a.z.i.n.g.
I'm a big believer of disconnecting to reconnect. I didn't mind I had countless of emails waiting for me, at work or social media or here at WA. I did not feel guilty at all for taking the time to unwind.
Now I'm back and have never felt more motivated to work. I'm full of new ideas and I cannot wait to put them into practice.
And that's the thing about absolute relaxation. When you feel you're getting stuck, by all means turn to nature. Its recharging capabilities will do wonders for your creativity.
That's where the power of absolute relaxation lies: fueling your creativity!

Hey Maria,
Yes nature is a great place to recharge!! Whenever I get stuck with writers block I will usually go walking in nature and that does the trick for me!!

I love it. Just moved to oregon from Pa so I am trying to go at least once a weekend. So many trails around here. In Pa I had to travel at least an hour or more, but here it is soo much closer to discover beauty
