When i saw that i was at 209k the first time i joined and saw i was moving up i wanted to be at around 180k at the end of the week.Today i saw that i am at rank 151926 i am so happy! This dosnt seem like anything much but for me it means a lot. Someday I hope to be in the top 10k.
