My progress a month after joining WA
Hello all,
I joined about a month ago. I hanged out in WA and worked on my website for about 4-5 days per week. Certainly WA is a great platform to be on as support and help is abundant.
I have created a website about saving in gold to share the belief why everyone should consider exchanging some of their currency for gold.
Also, I have been working a bit on my website about raw foodism that I created about five months ago. I have been eating almost exclusively raw vegan foods for four years now and created this website to help people on this pathway of health which sometimes can be challenging.
I have experienced a lot of problems with formatting when creating content, adding pictures or styling. For example, I wish to change the text size for headings (still need to learn more about changing styling sheets), add a picture in that specific spot within a post, add a space that for some reason keeps disappearing in the “preview”, etc. It is getting better though. Also, I find that I spend a lot of time creating blogs trying to make them perfect so I need to use the approach that this successful raw fooder mentioned when talking about his website and making a living online, “it is good enough”. I am sure it is not just me, so all of you who are reading this, become friends with “it is good enough”.
My plan for the next 3 months is to be very regular in creating content for these two websites to start getting some traffic and make some money.
My plan for the next 6 months is basically the same except that by this time I wish to make a full living from these two websites.

Congratulations! You've done a lot in one month, which is quite impressive. Your plans for the next 3 and 6 months sound awesome and I see you in great success.
I've had a look at freewithgold website, which is clean and quite nice (may probably benefit with a little colour). I am not sure that I understood your questions. I note that you use the same theme as me and perhaps you can look at my website (from my profile) and PM me if there's anything in my site you might like to know how to implement.

Thank you Chuka! I just looked at your website. You have a lot of content. Yes, Omega theme is very clean. I just need to increase text size for menu heading (messed up with the styling sheet a bit). If you know how to do it, please let me know, otherwise, I will figure it out eventually by trial and error. Thank you!
Hi Margarita,
You can increase the heading and subheading text sizes by selecting the relevant heading and from the right hand side of the editor, clock on 'paragraph' and it will reveal different sizes. I usually use 'heading 3' but you may like yours bigger.
Similarly, when you click on your photo and the pen, it takes you back to the editor. Then select a bigger size instead of thumbnails.

It's awesome to see that you have made progress. Content is king in online marketing, so yes, the focus should always be about creating quality content.
Wordpress post editor may have some bugs that you need to get used to. Eventually you'll find a way around them. It also takes a lot of trial and error, to get used to the way the editor works (in terms of spacing, photo placements etc.).
My advice is that you focus on one website first, make sure it has achieved considerable success, before moving on to creating new ones. Many entrepreneurs who are more experienced here, have made the mistake of taking on too many sites at once.
You might not be able to make a full time income in 6 months, but if you follow through every single training without skipping, and put in your best efforts, you will see results =)

Thank you for your feedback! I have two websites as I have a decent amount of time in my hands. Also, when I am getting tired of gold website, I jump to raw food website. Yes, I need to focus on content more than on looks. Do you think I still should focus on one website?
If you have a decent amount of time, then use as much of it on one website. You will see faster results that way.
I would work on it as much as I can up until a year or so, before deciding to move on. But yeah, if you do have too much time, and decide to take a break by turning your attention to your second site, then its not a problem at all.
Just take your time to absorb everything that is thought in the courses =)
