For some reason all WA mail has stopped showing up in my personal email. It hasn't been going to spam, it's just not coming through even though my WA account settings are still

For some reason all WA mail has stopped showing up in my personal email. It hasn't been going to spam, it's just not coming through even though my WA account settings are still
It should not have anything to do with you laptop. If you are absolutely sure you haven't changed your WA notification settings under your profile and they are in the correct position, I would contact SiteSupport if there is some error with your account.
I haven't changed the WA notification settings and I have been trying to reach out to SiiteSupport. Thanks for commenting.

Hi Adreyna, are you using Century LInk for your emails? I was using them and Century Link blocked all my emails from WA. johnny
I'm not using CenturyLinks, but that is good to know.

Hi Audrey, I do not understand the relation to the purchase of a new laptop, and all of a sudden your e-mail is going missing.
Perhaps re-checking your settings on both computers, clearing the cache on the old one.
The other option is contacting site support with your new laptop, and maybe they will be able to find out what caused this problem.

Hi Michael, I haven't tried checking the settings on the new laptop. Perhaps I missed something. I'll try that and continue to reach out to site support as well. Thanks for the pointers.
I have no knowledge, but I always hear people say try clearing your cache and/pr refreshing your browser for many instances of computer dysfunction! Have you tried that?
I would suggest starting with going into your account settings, scroll to the bottom, and check that your email notification settings are marked yes that you want to receive emails. If that's not the problem, you can contact Site Support. I've had my emails bounce back from my email provider before and they have helped me.

Yes, as a matter of fact you can. Just create new domain and log it to WA for resource check and support development.

I have never done this myself but in this training there is a plugin that apparently can help move content from one domain to another. Moving a Website From 1 Domain to Another Domain
