Hey Margarita,
My theme offers me a choice of a blank page. Have you checked to see if yours offers you that option yet?
If not, there are landing page plugins that might interest you so that you won't have to use a separate HTML landing page, as that option could become frustrating... unless, of course, you are quite familiar with working with HTML code.

Trish, lockdown is now slowly being lifted now.
I live in Calgary, Alberta. Here alternative medical services and dentists are openings up now.
I know Ontario had a bit a stricter lockdown.
Anyways, very soon is going to be all open again.

That's a question fro those who have dealt with WP landing pages....
I'm looking to create a landing page and implement it into my WP website.
Hey Margarita,
What I did was Google searched for "free landing page templates" (without the quotation marks, of course), and once I found a layout for a lading page that I liked best, I used my WYSIWYG HTML editing software (First Page 2006) to add my text to what was to be my landing page.
Once completed all but my video being embedded and my links, I copied and pasted my completed page into a page within my WP website, and then added my embedded video and any links (images too) that I wanted added.
This saved my having to use yet another plugin and I had my fully responsive landing page in place.
Having said all that... if you are not comfortable editing HTML, then you could always Google search for a free landing page plugin. There are several to choose from.

Now I see that the plugin was already installed on 2 of my blogs; I guess when they were updated to the newer PHP 2 days ago.

Krakken is supplied on the new servers and is one of the best out there. If you don't have Kraken enabled on your blog then get support to move you to the new servers and install Kraken for you.

Yes, my blog was updated to the new PHP serving 2 days ago - however I don't see anything that can be enabled on the Dashboard.
Is Kraken available as a separate plugin? I'd prefer this option as I usually skip a month of WA, so don't want to depend solely on WA.
If not, are there alternatives to Kraken?
Kraken is available but it is a paid plugin needing the API key because it compresses files off-site to save server load. I think it also has a CDN available with it but not sure. Between Kraken and Hummingbird, my site is blazing fast on desktop and mobile.

It's not in the WA dashboard it's installed on your site and found in your plugins and left sidebar menu.
