Good Traffic : But No Clicks :
Hey Guys... Sorry haven't been around too much, last few weeks are the busiest time of year on "Da Job". But I am grateful! About the extent of my activities on site have been just sorta tidying up what I have already posted. Some of it is pretty good (at least I think) But Jeez, some of those first few posts I wrote really made me cringe! ...and they had to go!
I have made some interesting observations though, my traffic seems pretty good and I am getting 70-140 visits per day over the last several weeks. I have a post that has inched its way up to Pos. 14 Page 2 in google, just a little farther! . But all this is for naught because no one is clicking my affiliate links. The only clicks showing up are the ones i make when i test my links.
I don't believe everyone who goes to my site will click on something, but I'd like to know if there could be a technical reason for this. If not, then I know Its on me to improve. Any thoughts, suggestions appreciated! Here's my site:

I agree with Christa, using a featured image so your home page blog roll looks more visually appealing might keep people on your site longer. Training here for adding featured image. :) Featured Image and Facebook
Your site is still getting established, it will get better. Have you considered putting some images in your blog roll posts?
Hi Christabelle, all my review posts have an image on them...please tell me if you don't see them
Yes after I click on to read more, but I meant thumbnails maybe on the blog page where all the post have their intro!
That's just the way it goes. If you get a click through rate of 2% and then you get a conversion rate of another 2% you're doing well. My average conversion rate on all my sites is .0068 of unique clicks. It takes a lot of traffic to generate significant income. Keep working at it.

Marant, the site is good, the information is good, but the price of the boots is high. I'd love to get the women's rain boots, but can't afford them. Same thing with the "breathable" rubber hiking and hunting boots. They'd be great for my brother, but he just wouldn't pay that much. Is there a way for you to target a more affluent market?
Hi Mary Jo, I don't know how to target a particular income set, just have to keep putting it out there and hope it gets seen by the right buyers...thanks for the comments!
