Well, it has been a while I know but this was the best way for me to inform all of my WA family about my weekend, I am still behind at reading my WA mail but I did have to stop for 24 hours because of what I have been through.
Many of you know that I have been with WA since 2018 when Hurricane Michael roared through Panama City. And for the last 2 years, I have been plodding along playing catch-up and fighting with The Rockefeller Medicine Men. Summer of 2019 I was diagnosed with Conjestive Heart failure, spent several weeks in the hospital and I couldn't write or

communicate with WA. In Early 2020, I fired that Cardiologist. He refused to even consider Holistic or nutritional therapy for my challenges. He knew what huge commissions he would earn by putting me on prescription drugs All this time I was still living in North Little Rock and I was homeless living in my car. MY desktop was in storage but I was able to get to it a couple of times a week and write a little. It is almost impossible to work on my tablet. But I NEVER Gave up.on Sept28 after a week in the hospital, I moved to Rogers, Ark where I am now living with a friend I met on Facebook a year ago. His name is Jacques Van Tonder and he is from Namibia, South Africa. His mother and dad and Grandmother and several cousins are here. All of them are Dutch. And all of them are fantastic cooks. They fix foods I have been eating all of my life but the way they cook it is Superb. And NO, I am not trying to learn the Dutch language, it has taken me 70 years to Master the Southern English Language.
Now you have the background, here is the story.
Saturday evening we were sitting in the living room and I was playing tug of war with Jacques puppy, Gracie. About 1800 I arose and came to my room and sat down at the computer to start checking WA mail, I think my folder is finally down to November 3. What me slow? NEVER, just plodding right along.
All of a sudden my left arm went numb down to my fingertips and it was hurting all the way to the shoulder. From all of my previous hospital visits and listening to the doctors at times, I arose and took 1 lo dose aspirin. I told Jacques, put my shoes on grabbed my wallet with all of my insurance info, Forgot my phone and tablet, and off we flew for the emergency room.20 minutes later and we are there. Praying all of the way.
Earlier that afternoon before playing with Gracie, A friend of mine from Michigan had sent me a YouTube video of CelticWoman-You Raise Me Up, I am of Keltic ancestry but this was the first time I ever heard them. The words of the song had so much meaning to me at the moment and I knew that I was In YHWH God's hand

You Raise Me Up

When I am down and, oh my soul, so weary When troubles come and my heart burdened be Then, I am still and wait here in the silence Until you come and sit awhile with me You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains you raise me up, to walk on stormy seas I am strong, when I am on your shoulders you raise me up to more than I can be.
ALL evening the words were going through my head. PraiseYHWH.
I was in the emergency room from 1830 until 0010 when they finally had me a room. Jacques headed home about 0030. They found that I was in Afib and I had had a minor stroke. I finally was able to go to sleep around 0530. Was able to go home at about 1500 on Sunday. Go to see my GP tomorrow for a follow-up. I love all of youse guys and will keep you informed. It is now 0014 and I need to go to bed.

Man, you have had a struggle. I commend you for your attitude and for doing your best to take care of your body. I really agree that food is health care. What we put into our bodies is the fuel it uses to function. Wrong fuel messes up the engine.

Example: I have one shoulder that is bone on bone. Have had two knees and a hip replaced; then a faint heart murmur amped up until I'm diagnosed with mild heart disease. I will not have another surgery because I'm afraid my heart wouldn't take it. So, as a bone on bone shoulder can be very painful, I switched to an anti-inflammatory diet. It's quite restrictive -- not easy -- but, hey, it eliminates most of the pain. That makes it worthwhile.

I wish you success in your journey. Hope you heal and thrive.

Thank You, Fran.Without my lower dentures( I lost them in the Hospitslthe nite of Sept 28, and at that time my medicare supplement would not pay for dentures.) It has been difficult to eat without lower teeth. The fresh veggies I need to eat.

Praying for your speedy recovery Sonny, be strong, and trust God always.

Thank You Isabelo.

I hope you are doing better now, Sonny! Scary stuff, my friend!

Jeff🙏

Thank you, Jeff. I am feeling better. I messed up my title on this Blog. I ran the title together backagain instead of Back Again. LOL

Sonny

No worries, Sonny, but if it bothers you, simply go to the gear wheel at the top left, click on it, then click edit, and when the pace is put into the title, then go to the bottom and hit publish again!

I'm glad to hear you are feeling better, my friend!

Happy 2022!

Jeff

*** hi Sonny!

by the time you read this, i hope you've had a good night's sleep and got rested up ... a good sound sleep allows the dna to repair itself ...

blessings to you for fast healing ... 🌼🙏 ... ***

Good Morning Sonny,

Suzay gives you some sound advice but I know you are aware of these things. What a story. I am happy you can tell it yourself. Great you have found a new family, they seem to take good care of you. Keep smiling and all will be ok.

Greetings from the south of Spain,

Taetske

Thank You my Dear Friend. Taetske.
I will admit I was scared but like I said about the words to that song, I was comforted. PRAISE YHWH.
And Yes Iread what Suzay suggested. Added them to my list.

Sonny

That is a good idea, Sonny.

To be scared, a little, makes you be careful, one does not play with one's health. It is good to heed a warning.
Relax, better times will come. I am happy to hear there are nice people who have entered your life.

All the best, Taetske
