Back to Business - Slowly

I left you on 25 July headed to the hospital and it has been one revealing experience. I arrived at 1000 that morning. After pre-admission I was taken to my room. Two days turned into five days. And even though I had to go through the medical system I am so much against and disagree with, I received a much-needed rest and discovered that CHI St Vincent and Staff are caring and compassionate people. A Short Blog

And right on point. I figure a lot of my friends have noticed that I have not been around for a week or two. Just wanted to let those of you that are not aware, what is going on. I have been having some health issues over the last 3 months and haven't been saying much.For those of you that are aware of what is going on in my life right now, I went to the Cardiologist this morning. He is going to have to run tests on my heart. Either in his office taking a month or in the hospital taking 2 days.

Today is Sunday 05/26/2019 and there has been some talk the last couple of days on Community posts about updating personal photos. Mine is not very good in my opinion but for 67, almost 68 years old, I think it looks pretty darn good. I am not very good at taking selfies or letting someone else take them for me, but what you see is what you get. :)

This is a continuation of the Blog I wrote March 29 after I was back in Little Rock and was finally able to get back on track in February. The Fast. The updates that I want to give are first about my health which continues to improve and my breathing. I am still working on the smoking though. The other Fantastic thing is the Fast that I began Monday, March 25 is ended. 2 Weeks Ago
