I'm Back! Continued,

This is a continuation of the Blog I wrote March 29 after I was back in Little Rock and was finally able to get back on track in February.

The Fast.

The updates that I want to give are first about my health which continues to improve and my breathing. I am still working on the smoking though.

The other Fantastic thing is the Fast that I began Monday, March 25 is ended. It actually started the afternoon before with my last meal at 1500 pm. 40 days and the Benefits were more than what I expected. My weight that Tuesday morning at the Doc's was 222 lbs. The day that I ended the Fast was Friday, May 3 at 1500 pm.

I went to the Doc's and weighed. Climbed on the scales and look at 190 lbs. WOW!!! I was happy. That evening I went to one of my local places to eat and was careful and found that I could not eat the amount of food in one setting that I could eat 40 days before. It has been week since I ended it and my weight has remained the same and I am eating less. Also, back to eating better.

The benefits were more energy. I began noticing this about day 15. That my energy level was increasing. I have started walking more. Not carrying around the excess fat makes it easier. I did not measure before I started but my belt is about 4 inches Longer than when I started. :)

New Achievements

Earlier today I was reading a blog in the WA Community by Linda103 - Time can be your friend

her blog was talking about how people talk about needing more time to get things done with WA when there are all the distractions that keep them occupied at other things; TV, YouTube videos, online games, etc and the main one was Social Media. Facebook is my biggie.

A subject that I did have challenges with until I finally decided that I was the only one that could change it. I have more than one FB account and was spending many hours going back and forth from WA to them. Until the day I made the decision.

When I sign on now, usually around 0600, the first thing is to check FB. I spend no more than 15 minutes doing this. FB can wait. I also post in 3 different Marketing groups I am in. Then FB is Logged out of. I may check it once or twice in a 6 to 8 hour time frames, then out again.
I have tried to limit my time in the email but with 15+ notifications from the WA Community every morning, I do not exit it. And more throughout the day.

But because of these little things, I have increased my content writing. Finally, finished my Wealthy Affiliate Review. It is amazing what clearing your mind does for you.

Besides increasing my content writing I am focusing more on what I am actually doing. Learning has increased. Also, one thing that I have not mentioned in some time, when I was able to finally get back with the program after the challenges from the hurricane,

All I can remember in February was that it was 5 digits. Last week it hit 500 and it hovered there for about a week. 502-496. This morning it is sitting at 409. :)

The other nice thing is, with All the favorable comments I was seeing in the Community about Site Comments, I decided to get back rolling on them. Three days before the hurricane I had started leaving Comments and had made 7 in 3 days. I started that morning at 0700 and made the first one was working on the second one and the storm hit at 1015. Power went out and was out for 2 weeks.

When I finally got back with it on April 27. With the 2 comments that I made this morning so far, I have made a total of 28 Comments. Only 22 to go until I hit the 50. I am sitting at 96% Approval rating and have had only 1 Disapproved. I also have a 0% Skip rate.


10 minutes after I took this screenshot, I made 1 new comment to increase it to 29. Getting closer by the day.

Hey Sonne your doing great. Yep totally agree! It’s up to me to make time for WA. This Driving all the time makes it very hard, by the time my dsy ends I just want to sleep.

How about a new profile Photo? you must look at lot different by now.
Did you notice while fasting that you slept very well and had vivid dreams?
With fasting, you give your body the means and strength to repair itself. I have only managed 9 days but I might try longer in the future.
By now you must have really recharged your batteries, full power forward!

Thank you, my friend. To be honest with you, I am not big on new photos. The one on this page was taken summer 2016, and there has been no change. I have only had a few Flecks of Grey hair in my head for the last 10 years. Maybe someday soon.
Sleep was wonderful yes. Not much dreaming though. I sleep on my side all the time.
There is another program I found out about last year called Eat Stop Eat, which makes sense. Instead of Fasting for a long period, the guy teaches how to Fast for 1-24 hour period each week. And lose fat and cleanse your body by doing this.

I had heard to have a fruit day but this 24hours no food brings us back to when we had to hunt for food. There was no food available all the 24 hours a day. This is happening in our modern times, too much food and also always available.
