Hey Everyone

Two weeks ago I blogged about going to the Doctor's office. Today was my 2 week check back. As far as my breathing it is better today and a lot less laboured. He gave me a sample of another inhaler that he thought would be better as I am trying to quit smoking.

But the height of today's appointment was when the nurse took me back and had me step on the scales. If you do not recall, my weight that morning was 222 lbs. I also told in that blog that I had started on a Complete Fast on Sunday afternoon, 2 days before. So for the last 16 days I have eaten no solid food and have drank pure water and hot tea and a bit of coffee each day.

There have been a couple of setbacks, :), and I may have fudged a bit. I had a sweet attack 2 days after the Doc appointment. So I bought me a couple of Hershey's Milk Chocolate bars. Not solid food, all sugar. Took care of the problem, until it hit again the next day. Another chocolate bar. Problem solved again. I think putting the honey in my tea my have been the start of this problem so I stopped putting the honey in my tea.

Yesterday it hit me again. 1 chocolate bar and the problem was solved. So I went and bought a bag of hard candy. A better solution, yay or nay?

I already knew that my waist was going down. I was able to take up at least 1 1/2 " when I buckled my belt. Stepped on the scales and voila, 202 lbs. 20 Lbs lost in the first 16 days. I was happy. Plus I have been consistently drinking 10 or more 8 ounce glasses of water a day. So it is not water weight. My energy level has been increasing for the last 4 or 5 days and my mental clarity is getting better. My breathing is better and swelling(edema) I was having in both lower legs and ankles is going away.

Since I was uncertain how long I would Fast this time 2 weeks ago, I have decided with 16 days past and it is getting easier, I am going to definitely set this Fast for 40 days. Much Prayer is also helpful but this is not a Spiritual Fast.

As for WA, I did as I said and started at the Beginning of Boot Camp again. I got to the point of writing my first review and slowed and couldn't get it started. Since my original first website had as an Affiliate Website and it had been dead in the water since the storm, I went back and completely redid it and have it up and running now and adding content weekly. My site and all of my posts have been indexed in Google. Now to figure out how to check Bing and Yahoo. :)

I had also noticed my Rank when I returned to Arkansas from Florida had gone from the mid 5 digits down to the high 4 digits. On April 7 my Rank was at 848 and at this moment it is sitting at 621, and I don't know what I am doing for it to go down, except interacting on these comments that are filling my mailbox every day from the Wonderful Community of Wealthy Affiliates.

I have found 3 Facebook marketing groups that allow Free posting so I have started posting a different comment in each one of the groups with my affiliate link each day. But I have not made the decision to exit out of FB when I am working yet. Oh me. :)

Chocolate bars are going to make the sugar cravings worse. Try a green juice instead or a piece of low glycemic fruit like an apple.

Chocolate bars' that is naughty when one is fasting. How about a fresh vegetable mixed with an apple juice, that would be better?
