Just as the title says. I have tried testing it from a personal email. No dice. Tried deleting it and putting it back in. No dice again. I would like to use this to seem more p
There are two types of email available at Site Email.
One is a normal email account, where you can both send and receive emails. You create an Email Mailbox for that type.
The other is a forwarder email account, where when an email come in, it is forwarded to another email address. You create an Email Forwarder for that type.
I personally use Email Forwarders, which forward email to my gmail account.
Have a look and follow this training: Create Your Professional Website Email Address as Email Forward to Your Gmail I had unbelievable trouble and lost an unbelievable amount of time trying to get an Email Mailbox to connect to my Hotmail email address. Something was not working at the Hotmail side, but I could not figure it out, even after doing Google research and getting support from WA technical support.
I obtained a gmail account and followed the training in the link above, and a short time later was up and running. Happy Days.
I know that the above works, because I did it a while back.
I can not visualise what you have done or not done.
Maybe this is one for WA technical support.

Email accounts are not supported for siterubix subdomain sites. They can only be created for purchased domains.
