What is your job?
This seems like a simple question and it is normally met with replies like im a plumber, insurance agent or affiiate marketer. I have asked this question to my staff during many roles in leadership and executive type positions with very similar results.
The Actual Truth
The reality of the situation and the answer I look for is we are all in the Customer Service Industry. Our job is to service the customer by meeting and exceeding expectations and providing a postive experience.
MindSet
Before you start your next article, post, or website ask yourself who is my customer and how am I making the customer service experience postive. I try to go through this process with everthing I do because the reality is the more you take care of the customer the better results you will see and word of mouth will take care of the rest.
