The Power of Positive Affirmations and Visualization
As a former athlete, I would visualize my routine in my head before performing the routine. I was a national level gymnast so everything that I was doing with fu**ing hard and scary! lol
By using visualization, I was able to overcome my own fears of falling down and failing before a competition. And now I apply these same principles to my online business.
In this video, I share my story of how I accomplished my success in the sport world and how I do the same within my online business.

Wow, I'm impressed! Who knew you were so multi-talented? :)
I agree totally and consider mindset practices as a major part of our businesses. Debra

That's a good idea Jay about visualisation. I just tend to get on with it and psych myself up mentally, but not visually.
I work really hard at the shop when i'm doing the shift. I should have that same attitude with my on-line business instead of just seeing the enjoyable side of it!
I'm psyching myself up right now to finish my content and do a weekly blog!
Thanks Jay ;-)
