thank you! I was one of those people having an issue and if none of the above works because the screen options box won't even open, try another browser. I was using Chrome and the screen options box and solution to the issue that is outlined by Nathaniel, wouldn't even open. When I switched over to Safari, the problem was solved. Hopefully, this is an issue that gets corrected soon, as Chrome is my preferred browser. I appreciate all of your help in finding the solution. All the best!
