Quality site feedback: give and take constructive criticism here!
I recently published some training on site feedback and I had such a great response!

In response to the feedback on my training let's get some constructive criticism give and take going.
So here's how it will work.
1. Give Constructive Criticism to 2 other members like this:
- What is your first impression
- What 3 things would you suggest changing (yes keep it to only 3 things!)
- What do you like about the website and suggest the author focuses on more
2. Request feedback and let everyone know:
- What type of feedback are you asking for? Is there anything specific you are wanting feedback on?
- What are you interested in learning about and implementing on your website?
- Have you implemented something new and want feedback on that?
I hope this post fills a much needed gap, if you don't understand the importance of site feedback then please read the training first.
Please lets keep this space a place for the right spirit of give and take and also to give constructive criticism in the right way!

These are good points Lynne, and you are absolutely correct about the constructive feedback. It all doesn't have to be good, but as long as someone takes the time to properly evaluate what they are telling you. I haven't gotten my site up yet, but I'm with you -- it's not just for fun
I think therein lies the rub as the Bard would say.
You have to say exactly what you want constructive criticism on.

I ended here after reading about your website feedback on your profile, after you followed me.
I am quite green as you may see from my comment on your profile, and my current website is my online lab. I am trying out things and it is 'under construction' all the time, because I am revisiting every day and try to tweak as well as add, to see if it make any difference.
I would be happy to offer critique (not nice to see but my real opinion) and I want to get some feed back like that myself. I am not into monetizing yet, I only try to find out what works for people and search engines alike.
My lab is trying to promote Wealthy Affiliates, but what I finally want to do is to take my work in rock mechanics for the oil and gas industry, which I have worked with for more than 40 year, half of this time self employed - with 16 years in UAE where I an currently living.
I can definitely not offer qualified technical comments, but I will be straight and will tell what I will remove, or otherwise try to improve to make a better visitor experience.
Just a tought.

LOL I just gave you 3 things you can work on when you commented with your website on my profile :) Not big things just 3 little things so it is easy to do.
I know my biggest problem here is TIME because everyone gives such great feedback and if I ask a question they point me to training and then I have to add like another 50 things to my to do list, so I think for this reason feedback should maybe just be 3 small things so it is easy to keep up!

Well since posting this I have had so much feedback I have it all in a huge to do list that I have hardly been able to hit!
I would love some feedback, but at a later stage once I have tackled that list :) Thank you for the offer but I will post when I need some more feedback!
