Good to be back!
I dabbled in the world of search engine optimization about 10 years back when everything was far different than it is today. I found success in my business after having spent about a year in a half slowly dumping money and time into my website.
There were many times when I wanted to give up. Many times I just couldnt see past the horizon and found myself feeling afraid of continuing, Seeing no reward for so long really creates the illusion that success will never be yours.
I fought away all of the distraction of defeat and continued moving forward. Once the traffic began, so did the sales. Before I knew it my partner and I were selling over 100k a month worth of fitness supplements through an amazon affiliate site. As you grow within amazon so does your commision percentage as well so we really did enjoy all its perks.
Sadly we got a bit too cocky and made a few too many moves, in turn getting sandboxed by google and losing all traffic we had achieved. I was devestated and it couldnt of come at a worse time. Between family and work problems we lost the drive to continue and since then I have just strayed further and further from what I really want to do with my lfie.
So here I am, 10 years later, ready to embark on another exciting adventure in the SEO Market! Good Luck to everyone else trying to do the same.

Your tenacity is admirable. It's great to return to what you love. I think you've made the right move. Of course, the best teacher is past failure, so I'm sure you've learned a lot from your previous online experience. As the self-development and financial achievement author Napoleon Hill has pointed out, and I paraphrase, every failure carries within it the seed of an equivalent or greater success, as long as the lessons failure have offered are learned, and eventually they will be very much benefited from.
