Hi! I'm a classically trained chef finding her way back into the food world. I've been out of the kitchen scene for a few years now and my passion for food has been re-inspired but in a new and fresh way. No longer do I wish to spend countless hours day upon day toiling away in a hot commercial kitchen. I want to use my love and knowledge of food to inspire others and show people how to cook right and love the good, healthy (mostly;)) food they create with a little help from me.
