Hi!

My name is Blue Jasmin (BlueJ) and I am looking forward to setting up a few niche websites on topics I am passionate about and very experienced. My goal is to share with my target audiences what I know, to make their life easier and to be there for them as a subject matter expert.

A big bonus would be a financial reward for my efforts which will go towards building my financial independence.

I am new and very excited to learn everything I can and take ACTION! I would be VERY GRATEFUL to all members of the WA community for their knowledge, support and their time. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Welcome to WA Premium!

It has been two months since I joined WA. I have learned so much since then. I think you will also learn how to craft your website to attract the right traffic as well as to make money from that traffic.

My best advice is to go through the training every day and do the tasks right away. That's how you will learn most effectively. If you get stuck, you can ask questions in the discussion window below the training.

I wish you all the success in the world. Have FUN learning too!

Cheers!

Hi and congratulations on going premium with WA. It's a wise decision.

Your best bet from here is to follow all of the 5 course, 50 lesson Online Entrepreneur Certification training.

But the really important step is to apply what you're learning WHILE YOU'RE LEARNING IT.

I can't emphasize this enough.

Not only will it make the training stick, but in no time at all you'll have your first WA website up and running.

Google ranking and monetization will follow inevitably.

If you're stuck any time, just post a question.

One of us at WA will answer it and you'll be off again.

It's a journey and you've just taken your first and best step.

I wish you all the best.

Phil

Thank you, Phil! You hit it right to the point. I made an attempt a few years ago (with a different program) but I was learning and learning without actually applying the knowledge. It was sort of "paralysis from analysis". O, well. It is never late and now I am ready and left the idea of perfection behind me! Sincerely.

Hi, there BlueJasmin,

Welcome to the WA community.

Before commencing the training, take a little time out by having a good look around our wonderful site.

Then start the training. Try as best you can to not skip any of the training modules or sessions as they are now your foundation to success. No matter how long it takes, just be patient and persistent, then you will begin to see the pot of gold on the other side.

All the best, make 2019 your success story.

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)

Kyle! Thank you for your attention and your kindness. For now, I am pretty set on my niche/niches and it is in connection with what I know, what I learned and what I am very confident about. I wanted to share it with the world. Of course, later will be later. Now I have to take action and get out the gate! I am new and absolutely ready to go through every single step of training! I am from a military family and very disciplined. I am not afraid of any challenges. Opposite, I think it would be fun, especially since by formal education I am an investigative reporter and by nature very very curious.
But I have two questions if it is not too much bother for you. First - I live in New York City and think it would be smart to be incorporated right away using, for example, a Delaware company. Otherwise, taxes will eat up everything. What's your take on this?
Next question: my niche can be part of a bigger niche which, in my opinion, is a very organic progression. I guess I can set up different pages one-by-one as more narrow niches and then combine them under a more broader category. Is my thinking logical?
Thank you very much, Kyle! I sincerely appreciate your help.

PS: I am an executive and even though I like what I do and I am good at it, you have no idea how I want to replace my income and move out of NYC! It is my life and I will do my best. Just show me the way!!!

Income that you earn online will be claimed as personal income when starting out. It will depend where you are located in the world as to what tax rules apply, but it will be based on your local tax rules and regulations. It is typically going to be claimed as personal income or "sole proprietor".

But yeah, you are responsible for claiming any income you earn. As for setting up a business and running income through a business, this should be something that is considered when you start earning $50K-$100K per year, not before that.

And yes, each page and post on your website will be targeting a new keyword and as your website evolves it can become broader, but I would keep it more targeted when starting out.

I hope this helps you out here. ;)

That helped a lot and confirmed my thoughts regarding being incorporated. Make sense...
Just one more clarification regarding the last paragraph of your reply: since each page, as you stated, "will be targeting a new keyword", I guess I can use the broader website name out of the gate? Is it correct? Or should I get very specific website names in order to run them separately for now and then get them combined under the broader name? Sorry, I am a little bit confused. Thank you, Kyle.

Yes, you can absolutely have a broader website name (and something more brandable) out of the gate.

When you choose a domain, you are going to want to choose something that is "brandable" versus something that has keywords within it. The reason this is the case is because as you build out your website, you can target as many keywords as you like within the content (that is how you will rank).

I have created a discussion here outlining the process and what to look for when choosing a domain name: This should help you out here and if you ever want to run any domains by me, simply let me know and I will give you some feedback.

PS. You can host up to 25 of your own domains here within the Premium membership on our state of the art hosting platform. :)
