What is going on?

There is a user listed in site manager and I don't know who it is. I got email saying this user changed their password.When I looked into it in Site Dashboard it says they are a customer.
Why would they be listed on my admin list? Anyone?

Somehow new user has a way of registering as a new user.
I just go to WordPress dashboard and stroll down to user and click. You can delete them.

That’s a puzzle. I would think about changing your own passwords and make sure there are no other users on your website. Maybe send site support a note.

Delete the new user
uncheck the box before anyone can register
after that, reset your password WordPress Settings
