Hi - as a premium member, you have access to over 7000, so it might be difficult to advise you. As a beginner, I would start with something simple, which will help you follow along with the training. You can change it at any time, once you have found your feet.

Hi - you should not be taking images directly from Google, as they need to be copyright-free. Use sites such as Unsplash, Pexels and Pixabay.
Here's a blog with a list of sites where you can access images for free Where To Find Free Images
I use unsplash and they have a ton of good images for free which I've used on my blogs and my website.

I just decided on a niche and title is "the sax store" and there is a lot of competition.
do I niche down more to beginners of offer to existing players & pros, or both?
maybe worth looking at what value you can add to each of the areas.
so for beginners, what would you teach them- how to select a sax, what types are there, how to learn the sax.
intermediates, they have already bought the sax - so more tutorials to improve their style - what different styles are there can you cover all of them.
advanced - tutorials, advanced techniques, accessories.
for me the most return is from the beginner - so i would target them and then move onto the intermediate and advanced.
find beginner courses, or make one, and where to get the various sax from with an affiliate program.
good luck

Good question. Not sure as I’m new at this, but I’d Continue to research and perhaps drill down further if that’s possible.
